The Pastoral Service Department provides a variety of spiritual experiences throughout the year so that an atmosphere of faith pervades the school. |
| Pastoral Core Team: |
A small group of students who pray for the needs of the school community and are the leadership team for all spiritual activities. |
| Spiritual Activities Committee |
These students plan all Masses and prayer services during the year. |
| Global Concerns Committee |
This group makes their homerooms aware of mission needs locally and globally. They organize collections and plan service experiences. |
| Service |
NDA is a school oriented to Christian service. Therefore all students are required to complete a minimum of 50 hours of community service by the end of their junior year. Service awards are given to those who show outstanding service to their church, school and community. |
| Retreats |
All students are required to participate in their yearly class retreat. Retreats in the 2007-2008 academic year are: |
