NDJA Celebrates Catholic School Week

Thursday — Superheroes for SND — Girls were treated to lunch and heard Sr. Mary Ann Culpert, ’75, SND president speak on the mission of the Sisters of Notre Dame.

Thursday — Principal Kim Grilliot discussed Catholic Schools Week with the girls.

Wednesday Comfy for Christ —  Girls dressed in the sweats and fun warm boots for the day. Plus collected canned goods for Cherry Street Mission.
Tuesday – Terrific Talents/Careers for Christ
Monday – Bright Colors/Bright Futures

Fr. Alan Zobler, OSFS, spoke on Girl Power.

Opening Mass

Notre Dame Junior Academy will celebrate Catholic School Week themed “Raising the Bar.”  They kicked off the week with Mass and a special dress up day on January 25.  The week’s activities were planned by the girls.

Monday, January 28 is Bright Colors/Bright Futures — Fr. Alan Zobler, OSFS, will speak on Girl Power.

Tuesday, January 29 is Terrific Talents/Careers for Christ — Girls will dress in future careers and have a yoga session over lunch.

Wednesday, January 30 is Comfy for Christ — Girls will collect canned goods for the Cherry Street Mission.

Thursday, January 31 is Superheroes for SND’s

Friday, February 1 is Jeans for Jesus, a fundraiser for the missions and open gym time in the afternoon.  Keep an eye out for fun pictures with their activities.
